Terms of Service

1.1 CoreCheck provides independent, non-destructive technical inspection of flats and properties based on builder agreements, standard specifications, and 100+ point visual & tool-assisted checks.

1.2 Our inspection assesses observable conditions at the time of inspection and is non-invasive.

1.3 CoreCheck is an independent inspection service and is not affiliated with any real estate developer or builder.

2.1 We deliver a structured photo-based inspection report within 48 hours via WhatsApp or Email.

2.2 The report is intended to assist the homebuyer in identifying defects to be raised with the builder before taking possession.

2.3 Rectification of defects remains the contractual responsibility of the builder/developer.

3.1 CoreCheck's total liability under the Indian Contract Act for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for the inspection.

3.2 The client agrees to hold CoreCheck harmless from third-party developer disputes arising from the use of the report.
